Stream Lee is CEO of The Crossborder Company, a multidivisional, production and management company based in Canada with clients spanning North America to the APAC region. She has been at the forefront of innovative international business deals for over 25 years of diversified experience in media. Her super power is connecting the dots in a way that can only be called innovative.
She was a pioneer during the Hallyu movement as the ministry manufactured and launched Korean culture as it’s main export. Today that top export includes Kpop and Kdrama.
As one time country manager of one of the world’s largest translation and localization firms, having worked with the Fortune 500 and Global 2000s, across all verticals, she knows all too well that languages, cultures and borders can hinder communication. She also understands the special savvy it takes to cross those borders.
She spotlights productions that champion representation and diversity. She believes that early intervention of xenophobia is the remedy to racism. She has a heart for developing new talent and can identify talent, build careers and brands. She has helped launch the careers of many successful talents. Her clients have been on almost every major tv network, feature commercials, print, and social media campaigns. She is passionate about discovering new talent and personally manages a select few.
Philanthropy: She is a foster parent and an advocate of children in the entertainment industry. She advocates for the safety and education of industry families. Currently, Stream also serves as Co-Chair of the UBCP/ACTRA Guardians of Minors committee and is the Chair of the Advisory Board for The Joey Awards, honouring youth performers. And is also a member of Women of Color Unite and Women In Film.
She is also a proud partner of Skywriters Studios along with founding partner Emily Cho.

Victoria is an international film executive and partner, heading up the Literary Department. Victoria works with writers, directors, producers to develop scripted comedy, and dramatic television series and transmedia genres and films to broadcast networks, cable and streaming platforms. She is a script supervisor and writer, involved in every step of development, pitch, finance and sale of projects. Her vision and organization is unparalleled as she lends her expertise in specialized youth focused content and theatrical productions.
Her most recent projects include the Skywriters Studios Portfolio and Pilot Productions Portfolio.
Victoria also volunteers her time as a founder and Administrator on Canadian Child Actors a foremost Parent Resource and Advocacy Group for youth performers from all across Canada.
